Interactive Problem-Solving Activity
Many organizations default to training whenever a performance issue arises — even when the real problem is motivation, communication, or process gaps. This can waste time, resources, and frustrate employees.
I designed an interactive drag-and-drop activity where learners match workplace challenges with the most effective solution. Learners engage in diagnosing performance gaps and selecting actions such as training, job aids, incentives, leadership communication, or coaching.
Drag-and-Drop Interaction: Match scenarios with actionable solutions.
Behavior-Focused Solutions: Each card represents a practical, real-world action.
Immediate Feedback: Coaching-style guidance explains why choices are correct or need rethinking.
Multiple Acceptable Answers: Encourages critical thinking and professional judgment.
Clean, Professional Design: Minimalist card layout with soft accent colors and smooth animations.
Progress Tracking: Learners see how many challenges they’ve solved.
This activity helps learners quickly identify real performance gaps and choose the most effective solutions, reinforcing strategic decision-making. It demonstrates how thoughtful, behavior-focused learning design can improve workplace outcomes while showcasing action mapping, scenario-based learning, and interactive Storyline skills.
